Today, IT does does this as a broker of cloud services and the owner of connectivity and integrations between services. However with this complexity, IT organizations are finding it increasingly difficult to quickly resolve service issues, provide high-quality support to business customers, hold teams and service providers accountable, and continuously drive process improvements.
