Gordon leads the Transition Services group within the Global Infrastructure Operations team for Whirlpool Corporation where he works to ensure the safe passage of work from the design/build environment into the run environment. He also has global ownership of the ITIL processes executed at Whirlpool Corporation, including testing, event, incident, problem, change, and major incident as well as ITSM reporting, analytics and operational dashboards. His previous roles include leading Global IT Service Management and Global End User Services for Whirlpool Corporation.

He also co-founded FirstRain, a venture-backed leader in SaaS search-based market intelligence and was part of the management team that grew MicroStrategy from single digit millions in revenue through its IPO and into a $200M+ BI products leader.

Ted is the VP of Marketing at Numerify. As an enterprise software veteran and lifelong business analytics student, Ted has built and led analytics businesses at numerous early-stage companies and SAP. Earlier in his career, Ted was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and started his career helping transportation companies optimize their networks and pricing. Ted is passionate about building great companies, scales mountains, and flies a small single-engine plane to maintain his sanity (not simultaneously!)
